Join us for our fun, short-season leagues over the summer. Most leagues take vacation weeks throughout the summer.

Our leagues are for all skill levels... you don't need to be a good bowler or even have bowled before. Just be ready to have a good time with your friends and to make some new friends on the league.

Join a League any time. Most of our leagues look for new teams, new players and reliable subs all season long. Interested in starting your own league? Let us know!

Will return in the fall.

Tuesdays

Capital Seniors
Starts May 7 at 1:30pm. $10 a week for 32 weeks. Four-person teams of bowlers 55 and older. Open to beginning and experienced bowlers!

Bowling for Beers League
Starts May 14 at 6:30pm. $15 a week for 10 weeks. Four-person teams. Not sanctioned. “Just for fun” bowling. Friends and family teams encouraged! Accepting new teams and individual bowlers.

Moose League
Will return in the fall.

Thursdays

Nisei League
Will return in the fall.

Fridays

Leisure Timers League
At 1:30pm. $7 a week for 32 weeks. 3-person senior teams.
